Data submitted through the contact form (name, company, job title, email, website, market, sector, project details) is used solely to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a first call. Legal basis: your consent, given when submitting the form. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@orsay-partners.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies. Audience is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data. The booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by Calendly, a third-party service with its own cookie and privacy policy, loaded only on that page.
